Composite hoses are made from multiple layers of spirally wrapped thermoplastic fabrics and films held together by a metal inner and outer wire helix. The main benefits of composite hoses are Lightweight and Highly flexible. 

Composite hose fittings have special spiral hose ends designed to mount with composite hoses and crimped with ferrules. The most typical composite hose fittings are flange end, camlock type C & E, Hex male thread, and female liner with lug nut. Available in SS 316, 304, bronze LG2, and aluminum.
